Q Do I need Drawings?A Yes, we prepare plans and work out structural calculations to comply with all building regulations. Q Can I view your work?A Yes we have done many lofts and can arrange visits for you to see. Q How long will the works take?A For an average size home we would normally take 5/6 weeks for completion. Smaller lofts take less time to complete.

How quickly can work commence?A Usually within a few weeks of receiving all necessary consents from local authorities. Q Will you arrange all electrics and plumbing?A Yes. Q Do I need to move out when the loft conversion is carried out?A Quite simply, no. aloft conversion is far less disruptive than an extension, we work from the scaffold and only invade your home when we need to fit the staircase.
