| 1. Scaffolding is erected a day or two before commencement of works. |
2. Loft team arrive and receive delivery of materials. |
3. First stage is construction of floor. |

| 4. Once floor is down customer can view loft area to make any final layout changes. |
5. Stairs are ordered and we continue with internal construction, if a dormer is required it is built weather permitting and Velux windows are fitted. |
6. Insulation is started and the first fix plumbing and electrical specification is commenced-customer is invited to finalise positions for lights and sockets. |

| 7. Shaft is cut ready for stairs and stairs arrive following day and fitted on same day. |
8. Insulation finalized and building inspector arrives for his inspections. |
9. Plasterboards are fitted and loft teams work is coming to an end. |

| 10. Plasterers arrive and spend 2-4 days. |
11. Following week the electrician second fixes followed by plumber and carpenter who snags to reach a final completion. |
12. Building inspector passes final completion. |
