Insulation
A loft conversion will radically improve the insulation in your home. Over 40% of the heat loss from your home is from your roof.

Our customers have the option of using aluminium gutters and downpipes which have a much longer lifespan of up to 50 years and can be recycled compared to normal plastic fittings.

Most loft conversions result in a change in the boiler or heat storage method in your home. Changing the boiler will mean you are replacing it for a new and highly efficient boiler, up to 98% efficient boilers are available. Changing the water storage cylinder to an unvented cylinder will also mean you are heating up and storing water much more efficiently, thus using less energy, saving money and the planet!
